R.I.P. Maw-Maw and Paw-Paw

I'm sure most of you know by now that Maw Maw Lorain
passed away day before yesterday.
I wanted to share a piece of art Paw Paw drew while he was in
WW2.
It means a lot to me and even more to Gabe and his family.
As you can see in this picture, Paw Paw saw his wife in the
clouds.

Missing her ever so dearly. As she looks back at him, she gives
him hope that one day they would be together again.

In March of 2006, Paw Paw Fields passed away.

That was a sad day indeed. Maw Maw was the one looking to
the clouds after his passing. I know he gave her the same hope
from heaven, an understanding between the two, that one day
they will reunite once again and be able to hold each other
close and say "I love you", face to face.

Now we are the ones looking to the clouds. And one day the
Fields family will reunite in heaven andthat day will be a
glorious one! There is no love stronger than that of a Fields, as
I truly have learned over the years.

We will miss you both Maw Maw and Paw Paw.
Rest in peace and may God be with you.
